Becky and I would like to thank you again for the terrific job Create Catering did at our wedding, and give a strong recommendation for whoever may be considering Create for their event.

We received many, many positive comments from our guests on the entire meal, including several people who said it was the best meal they ever had. We heard over and over that it was by far the best food anyone had ever had at a wedding.

The food was elegant and exceptional without being pretentious or fussy, and the "family style" presentation helped provide just the right warm and friendly feeling we were striving for at the reception. The combination you suggested of the Beef Tenderloin with the Asia-influenced noodles was wonderful, as was the Spinach Gnocchi. It was amazing to us all how you were able to serve 305 guests outdoors so quickly and efficiently with tenderloin which was so perfectly cooked. We honestly believe every single guest loved the meal.

We'd also like to thank you and your staff for the warm, positive, smiling way of your entire team. This went along way toward helping create a truly exceptional evening. Becky and I hear the word "amazing" many times afterward from guests to describe the reception, and the wonderful food and service was big piece of this.

We also appreciated how great you both were during the planning phases for the wedding, and that there were no negative surprises at any point with regard to the food, the service, or the invoice.

Thanks to you and Lucas and all the staff who worked on the event at WAM tonight. It was a rip-roaring success. People had a great time and they LOVED the food and service. We are so appreciative of our relationship with Create and are deeply grateful to you, Philip, and everyone else for the class, inspiration, and professionalism you bring to your events. We're proud that Create is an official house caterer at the Weisman and I will continue to wholeheartedly recommend you as much as I can. A grand success! Again, our deepest gratitude.

I just wanted to send a BIG MERCI for the delightful and delicious evening you provided for the authors last Friday. I think I speak for all of us in saying we truly felt spoiled rotten. And as a snobby girl from Buckhead and France, I say in all honesty that the meal was excellent--they couldn't do any better in Lyon!

The event was amazing, the team was amazing, the food was to die for, and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. Thanks so much for all of your work on getting this set up. I will definitely spread the word to anyone who will listen.

The response to the evening was fantastic. It was unique and interesting, even to those who weren’t “foodies.” It seemed like the right blend of provided entertainment with the chance to mingle amongst ourselves. Philip and his team were accessible, entertaining, and informative. And the food got raves. Especially the crème brulee which many claimed as the best they’d ever eaten. We were sorry, of course, to hear of your chocolatier’s terrible news, but I thought the demonstration went nicely and was a nice cap to the evening.

I knew a handful of folks were really going to love the night (myself and Deb included) but I was really, really pleased with how well it entertained everyone, particularly our author guests who all raved about it on the drive home. (One author at the event was sending images from his iPhone to his increasingly jealous wife at home who was texting back questions she wanted him to ask.)

I thought the set-up worked well with the high tables behind the bar seats. The early demonstration (appetizers, pork, and his Q/A) got a little tiring for those standing at the high tables but folks just sat down and chit-chatted at one of the round tables. They saw most of it and the flexibility/casualness of the evening worked well.

Service, for instance, was professional and unobtrusive. Just what we’d want.

Thanks so much for the great event. It was a real leap of faith for an otherwise pretty traditional company…and it really came off well. I know our executive VP floated a few questions Philip’s way about how large a group you guys could manage so it made an impression with him.

Nicky, I want to thank everyone at Create for a spectacular event last night. Each of us were delighted with the food and wine. This was the finest meal I have had in years. I recall one about ten years ago in London that would have rivalled it. A brokerage firm bought it for me. Thats having to reach pretty far backand many miles away to find worthy competitiion.

We enjoyed the food, the studio, the service, and Phillip.

I have nothing but wonderful memories of our party and it was all because of Create Catering! Everyone did such as fantastic job - planning, selections and choices, and just flawless execution. You really went far beyond just “catering” and made the entire event go smoothly for everyone. I was so impressed at how seamless everything seemed to be. Certainly that was due to a lot of hard work behind the scenes. It’s so refreshing to find a service provider who is able to listen and really understand what we wanted to accomplish with our party, and then totally follow through. And you do that! The staff was so amazingly adaptable and well organized. The food was PERFECT! The entire event was better than expected – thanks to you. Can’t wait to do another event with you.
