Most private dining means picking from a list. A passed tray here, a chosen entrée there, decisions you're asked to make before you've even arrived.
The Dining Studio works differently. Here, the kitchen leads. Our chefs build the evening around the season, the occasion, and the people you're bringing together. You're welcome to guide it, but the most memorable evenings are the ones where the creative direction is left to them.
The room seats up to 70 guests for a seated dinner and accommodates up to 100 for cocktails.
It's the closest thing to having your own private restaurant for the night, one where the chef already knows what you should eat.
Ways to use the Studio
This isn't a typical rental space. What you're booking is a chef-driven private dining experience, where the kitchen is part of the room, not hidden behind a door. Our team designs your menu around the season, your occasion and your guests. The kitchen opens. The evening unfolds.
It's private dining with the energy, polish, and creativity of a great restaurant, without other customers. Without distractions. Just the table, the food, and the people you've brought together.
The Dining Studio adapts to the occasion, not the other way around. A few of the ways guests have used the space:
Private dinners
Corporate dinners, board meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners. Whatever you're marking, the evening is designed entirely around your table: who's there, what they'll taste, and how you want the night to feel.
We also host celebrations of life, where the same care and steadiness are brought to a very different kind of gathering.

These are the gatherings that ask the most of a host. We bring steadiness, warmth, and care to every detail, so you can focus on the people in the room.
The patio
When the season allows, the covered patio extends the evening outdoors. Open air, warm months, the kitchen still at the heart of it.
Cocktail and happy hour events
