We are bringing back an old favorite. New night, new name.
We have not done a Sunday Supper in a while. And we have been thinking about what the right moment would be to bring it back.
July 8 felt right.
We are calling it The Long Table.
Same spirit as the Sunday Suppers, a Wednesday evening instead, and a menu that reflects exactly what Minnesota summer looks and tastes like right now. The theme is Summer Market: ingredients pulled from what is actually good this week, not a fixed plan written months in advance.
6:30pm: Welcome reception and a gratis cava pour
7:15pm: Amuse, followed by a family style dinner of four dishes
Plated dessert
Cash bar, with pairing recommendations from Martina, our resident sommelier.
Price: $150 per person, inclusive of gratuity.
